This wedding was more than likely one of the most memorable weddings of the summer…the endless details created by Heather and her team at The Graceful Host, the expecting maid of honor going into labor at the reception and the absolute party atmosphere created with cigars, specialty drinks and dancing, dancing, dancing! We were able to witness the sparkler send-off and were thrilled to see their guests so clearly enjoying the night and chanting, “Maureen and Bobby” as they headed into uptown on their pedicab.

Clean, modern and whimsical were the inspirations for Jackie and Mark’s wedding. It is always fun as the floral designer when a bride wants us to create something completely different and unexpected. The setting was the gorgeous Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens in Belmont, NC. With the already lush and floral backdrop for the gardens, we just added the fun details of pomander balls, wheat grass and hanging globe vases.  This wedding was also featured in Carolina Bride!
